I have been using stumble for a while now and I have to say that I find it the perfect way to surf the web. It's like pot luck, but with a bit more luck than pot's. Am I making sense...... ok So I keep coming across great websites and webpages, I book mark them with the intention of sending them onto my mates. Well they have built up to a large number so I am going to try and make sense of the. What follows are the Ten best websites computer/technology related sites and pages Stumbled this week. Enjoy.
http://www.iptools.com/ This is a great resource for IP tracking. You can lookup IP addressees, check spam databases, check for free email addresses, reverse DNS lookup etc etc. It also has a nifty little function that allows the skin on the page to change to any number of more familiar O/S skins. The mapping of the IP address tool used google maps , and it only bring you to the city, not the exchange. Tools on Statcounter will bring you right to the exchange.
http://www.spywareguide.com/ This site is a Ronseal site, in that everything you need to know is in the title. But the site is more impressive once opened. Facetime are major players on the IT security scene ( christ is there an IT security scene..) and they maintain this repository o
f public reference site for spyware research, providing details about spyware and adware applications, their known variants, and their behavior through an extensive and continually updated database.

This is a huge undertaking that captures spyware products, companies and lists them in an organic list that is constantly updated. brilliant.
http://www.algorithm.com.au/code/macosx/software/ Just a great resource for Mac applications, all on one very very long page that apparently the writer thinks is handy for printing out and reading in bed. the day I am lying in bed reading a print out of mac applications is the day I find myself leaving the fourth floor via the window.. Good webpage.
http://www.fonttester.com/ Another Ronseal site - test font. Font Tester is a free online font comparison tool. It allows you to easily preview and compare different fonts side by side with various CSS font styles applied to them. It is very useful for web developers who are looking for just the right font/style/color to use in their pages. To use it all you have to do is simply enter the text you would like to preview, modify the various CSS properties until you find a style you like, and then click on the Get CSS Code button to generate all the necassary CSS code to reproduce those styles in your webpage.

This is a web interface to create "80x15 brilliant buttons", you can also use two images (one on the left and the other on the right side) to decorate the button.
If you want to use a created button, please do not link directly the image, but save it and afterwards you can use it wherever you want!
